TPP-XQ3 buckwheat grading machine is a patented product independently developed by our company. Suitable for removing impurities and grading of buckwheat before shelling. The equipment can remove large, small, light, heavy, and other impurities in buckwheat, and sieve the raw materials into five grades to prepare for gradual shelling. This machine has a high degree of automation, good impurity removal effect, and adequate classification. It is an essential machine for the production of buckwheat rice and buckwheat flour.
The buckwheat grading machine can be installed without any damage or loose screws. The classifier should be firmly installed on the basis of the poured concrete. The basic design should have a good supporting effect and minimize the shear force on the screws. Only after the structure and working principle of the spiral classifier are clear, can the machine be operated.
1. After the spirochete is transported, the slurry can be fed and the amount of ore gradually increased.
2. When the spiral body is in the working state if it encounters special faults (such as stuck or overloaded) and must be stopped immediately, immediately lift the spiral body out of the slurry surface. 1. All lubrication points are lubricated with sodium-based grease or calcium-based grease.
2. Each shift should check whether the lubricating oil inside the reducer is on the marking line of the oil needle, and change the oil every 6 months.
3. Always check whether the lower bearing or intermediate frame bush, bearing, the seal ring is worn or damaged so that it can be replaced in time.
4. Bearing lubrication of the lower support must be filled with high-pressure oil into the bearing with a manual dry oil pump every 4 hours to maintain the sealing performance of the bearing.
