If the lifting height of the tool post is small, more materials will stick to the tool. If the blade holder is raised too high, it may damage the conveyor belt. For this reason, the user must control the height of the cutter when adjusting the cutter.
Fifth, during the operation of the equipment, the user should check whether the material cutting specifications meet the requirements. If it does not meet the requirements of the process, it is necessary to stop the machine in time, adjust the corresponding cutting parameters, and achieve uniform specifications to avoid unnecessary waste of materials due to the cutting effect that does not meet the requirements.
Finally, the user must close the transmission system and the safety protection device on the blade. After the material is processed, press the stop button of the control system in time and turn off the control power supply.
