Use skills of peanut/groundnut thresher with dust removal sheller

Peanut/groundnut thresher with dust removal sheller is a machine that uses a high-speed rotating body to remove the peanut shells and keep the peanuts intact. The shelling is clean, the productivity is high, the loss rate is low, the broken rate is small, the structure is simple, the use is reliable, and the adjustment is convenient.

Peanut/groundnut thresher with dust removal sheller is a kind of mechanical equipment used for peeling peanuts. The machine has a unique design, which can complete all tasks such as peeling, separating, re-scaling, cleaning, and kernel grading of peanuts in one feeding. The peanut kernels are classified by wind primary selection, fan vibrating screen specific gravity, stratification separation, rescaling, cleaning, and classification. This machine adopts tube dehulling, sharp primary selection, and separation of specific gravity. The selected peanut kernels can be directly put into a sack, which has the characteristics of low cost, high dehulling efficiency, and labor-saving.

Use skills of peanut/groundnut thresher with dust removal sheller

1. Dry and wet preparation of peanuts before threshing
The peanuts before threshing must meet the appropriate dry and wet standards, that is, the peanuts cannot be too dry or too wet. The peanuts are too dry and the peanuts are broken. Too wet, the threshing speed of the machine will slow down. Generally, the moisture content of peanuts is kept at about 9%. In northern areas, peanuts are generally threshed in winter, but in winter, peanuts stored in rural areas are generally dry. In order to achieve a suitable dry and wet standard, the following method can be used: about 5 kg of warm water, evenly sprayed on 100 kg of peanuts, Cover with plastic film for about 10 hours, and then dry it in the sun for about 1 hour to begin threshing. When threshing in other seasons, it only takes about 6 hours to cover with plastic film, and the rest of the operation method is the same.

2. Machine preparation before peanut threshing
Peanut/groundnut thresher with dust removal sheller before threshing, check whether the sheller is placed stably to ensure that the peanut thresher with dust removal sheller is placed stably to achieve the purpose of safe operation. Next, it is necessary to check whether each fastener is tightened, whether the rotating part is flexible, whether there is lubricating oil in each bearing, to ensure that the tightness of each fastener is moderate, and the rotating part rotates flexibly. If there is a lack of lubricating oil in each bearing or the amount of lubricating oil is insufficient, fill it up with a grease gun in time to ensure lubrication between the bearings.

Before use, connect the 380V three-phase power supply and check the power supply voltage. The switch must be in the off position.
In order to ensure the safety of operators, if the three-phase power supply is not connected in the production, grounding protection must be adopted for the motor shell, that is, the motor shell is reliably connected with the grounding body with a wire. If the three-phase power supply is used in the production, You do not need to take additional ground protection.
Before the peanut sheller is energized, the sheller should be idled a few times with human power to see if the rotation is flexible. If there is a knocking sound, the cause should be found out before the power is turned on.
After power-on, a trial run should be performed first, and attention should be paid to whether the rotation of the rotor is correct. After the motor is started, the rotation of the rotor should be consistent with the direction marked on the implement. Run idling for a few minutes first, and observe whether the shelling machine makes any abnormal noise. After it runs normally and gradually stabilizes, then the peanuts can be threshed.

3. Selection of screen before threshing
Before threshing peanuts, an appropriate screen should be selected according to the size of the peanut kernels. This can greatly improve production efficiency and reduce breakage rates.
In addition, the baffle of the outlet should be closed, and the sacks should be hung up to receive the threshed peanuts.

4. Preparation for stone removal machine
Before the stone remover is turned on, the bottom of the sieve should be covered with peanuts. The method of spreading peanuts on the bottom of the sieve can prevent the peanuts from being blown out of the bottom of the sieve due to too much wind after the machine is turned on.
Turn on the power of the stone remover, and it will start to work normally after 2 minutes of operation. The stone removing machine in the peanut sheller can remove the debris in the peanut fruit on the one hand. On the other hand, it can give the power of the peanut, so that the peanuts can automatically enter the feeding hopper with the help of power.
One thing to remind everyone is: After the stone remover is running normally, don’t put the peanuts out of the stone mouth too clean. You need to leave a part to press the bottom of the sieve to prevent the peanuts from blowing out of the sieve surface.

5. Operation of peanut/groundnut thresher with dust removal sheller
Turn on the power of the Peanut/groundnut thresher with a dust removal sheller. With the normal operation of the motor, the peanuts in the stone remover begin to be sent to the next “workstation”-the sheller feed hopper for threshing.
During the operation, the speed of peanuts should be kept uniform, preferably at a speed of 20-30 kg/min.
After the whole threshing process, the peanut kernels gathered around the kernel mouth one after another. At this time, the baffle of the kernel mouth is closed, the purpose is to temporarily prevent the peanut kernels from flowing out, and wait until the peanut kernels on the sieve surface area about 30 cm When it is thick, slowly open the bezel to make the peanut kernels flow out. During production, the opening degree of the retaining plate should be constantly adjusted to make the peanut kernels behind the retaining plate flow out as much as possible, but the small peanuts with the skin cannot flow out. This can improve the quality of threshing.

6. Precautions in use
Peanut/groundnut thresher with dust removal sheller When threshing peanuts, the peanuts should be fed evenly and in an appropriate amount. Iron filings, stones, and other debris are not allowed to be mixed in to prevent crushing of peanut kernels or causing mechanical accidents.
During use, the temperature of the motor should not exceed 60 degrees Celsius, and the temperature of the bearing should not exceed 25 degrees Celsius. If the temperature is too high, the cause should be found and eliminated in time.
When the peanut kernels are more broken, the number of peanuts should be reduced. During operation, do not stand on the side of the transmission belt to avoid injury.
